Positions Announced:
1. Principal Research Fellow
Ph.D. in History. Pakistan Studies or relevant field with 10 years of teaching/research experience in an HEC recognized University or a postgraduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International organization. OR 5 years post-Ph.D. teaching/research experience in an HEC recognized University or a post-graduate institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International organization. The applicant must have 10 research publications (with at least 4 publications in the last 5 years in the HEC recognized Journals).
2. Senior Research Fellow
(i) Ph.D. in History, Pakistan Studies or relevant field with 2 years teaching/research experience in an HEC recognized University or a postgraduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International organization.
OR (ii) First Class Master’s Degree in History or Pakistan Studies with 6 years teaching/ research experience in a recognized university / Institution of higher education/ research experience relax-able to 4 years for holders of M.A. (foreign) / M.Phil (Pakistani university) OR equivalent degrees awarded after 18 years of education (as determined by HEC) in the relevant field from HEC recognized university/institution. Research experience and publications will be considered as additional qualifications and given preference.
