The consulting services (“the Services”) include the preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve procedures and guidelines for implementing PULSE activities and provide professional advice, comments, and recommendation on land administration modernization to strengthen and improve the technical aspects. The assignment will require 25 professional staff months and is expected to be completed in 6 months, starting from the award of the Contract. The detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) for the assignment can be obtained at the address given below. The Board of Revenue (BOR), Govt. of Punjab now invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services.
Positions Required:
1. Team Leader (Public Sector Specialist)
2. Institutional Development Expert
3. Deputy Team Leader / GIS Expert
4. Land Record Expert
5. ICT Expert
6. Network Expert
7. Documentation Officer
8. Legal Expert
Experience a. Registered Firm for at least 5 years. b. Prior experience in Consultancy work related to Land Records c. Minimum 2 or more projects related to Management Level Consultancy related to Land-Records d. Minimum 3- or more projects related to Geographical Information System (GIS) Management Consultancy e. Minimum 3 or more projects related to Management Information Systems (MIS)
Certifications a. ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS) b. ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS)
