Job Description:
The CEO. reports to a Board of Directors. shall be responsible for all operational technical / non-technical and financial matters of the company along with the following tasks: Set up and organize a new company working on advanced Aerospace Aviation Systems. Create and propagate a strategic business vision by ensuring a broad-spectrum product portfolio that effectively addresses national needs Build & lead a multi-disciplinary team working on multiple projects related to design, and development. production and customer support. Apply lean principles in system development and production. Create close partnership and synergy with companies working on similar technologies in the public and private sectors. Proactive marketing of the company’s products to domestic and international customers. Ensure profitability and self – sustainability of the company through product sales and investments in future technologies/ products
Qualification: Bachelors; Masters in relevant engineering fields: especially Aerospace. Additional qualifications (Including Ph.D.) in Project / Technology / Financial management will be preferred Skills: – Strong Project Management skill-set with proven practical experience in leading and delivering challenging engineering projects: in a timely and cost-effective manner. – Effective leadership, management, and communication skills for managing complex system development and production tasks – Ability to evolve company Vision based on international trends in the given product portfolio. – Conversant in the military/ aviation standards and best practices
