Job Description:
The public at large is informed that under Government of the Punjab Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department Lahore Circular No SO(AHP-1)11-2/2020, dated 21-04-2020. applications are invited from the eligible interested candidates for recruitment on the post of Assistant Entomologist in the District Hearth Authority on an ad hoc basis.
Positions Vacant:
1. Assistant Entomologist
Basic Pay Scale / Grade: BPS – 16
The number of vacant posts: 1 vacant posts
The age limit required for the job: The age limit required for the job is 21 – 28 years maximum.
Qualification / Experience required for the job: M.Sc in Zoology of BSc (Hons) in Agriculture Entomology from a recognized university: or 2. B.Sc (Huns) Zoology from a recognized university subject to the condition that the person appointed shall acquire the postgraduate Diploma in Medical Entomology and Disease Vector Control within three years from the date of appointment. Note: If none is available with required qualification then the post may be filled from amongst the candidates possessing B.Sc. (Second Division) with one of the elective subjects of Biology. Zoology. Microbiology. Molecular Biology. Environmental Health. Agriculture (Entomology) or Medical Technology from a recognized university subject to the condition that person appointed shall acquire the postgraduate Diploma in Medical Entomology and Disease Vector Control within three years from the date of appointment.
