Positions Announced: 

1. Legal Advisor 

• LLB (preferably LLM / Bar at Law) from a well-reputed National / International University. • Advocate High Court / Supreme Court with at least 10 years of practice. • Age 40 to 55 years. • A citizen of Pakistan. • Located in Lahore. • OTHER REQUIREMENTS: • Candidates having practiced in the Field of Corporate Law, Civil Law, Criminal Law, Labour Law, Service Laws, Revenue Laws, and Taxation Laws shall be preferred. • Shall remain available as & when required by PASSCO to get an expert opinion on legal matters. • Experience in legislative drafting. • Understanding of Govt. Legal Procedure. • Excellent Communication skills both spoken & written. • Experience in vetting legal documents and agreements/contracts. • Ability to meet work deadlines & handle multiple concurrent / activities.

PAY PACKAGE: • Monthly remuneration negotiable. • The initial retainer-ship period shall be for a period of six months extendable on the performance.

DURATION AND TERMINATION: • The appointment will be on a contract basis to be terminated on one-month prior notice by either party.
