Master’s Degree in Engineering and Business Administration (desirable) with specialization in Marketing/Management/Engineering Management (Min 18 years of education from HEC recognized International or National University) 15 years of post-qualification relevant professional experience with min 5 years in a senior leadership role in renowned Organizations. Pakistan National (Male/Female) with a maximum of 57 years of age at the closing date of application. Applications from dual nationals will not be entertained. Possess considerable experience in the Telecom and associated Technology Industry with strong knowledge of satellite communication business and national and international marketing, sales, and business development experience in the services sector.
Mandatory Skill-Set & Job Description: Responsible for the development, formulation, and management of company policies, programs, and strategic planning initiatives for increasing satellite bandwidth sales and marketing business. Possess sound knowledge related to International Satellite Communication business economy, present business case and marketing scenario for National Satellites sales and marketing Conversant with SECP’s Company regulations, International and National general taxation rules and principles Responsible for interacting with local and international enterprises, associations, public sector entities, commercial and corporate sector, etc. Well-conversant with the latest satellite technologies, business growth strategies, global marketing trends, and end-to-end value chain implementation of strategies with relevant stakeholders having an effective monitoring and evaluation framework and expertise on project management tools and techniques to ensure the success of the company’s national & international satellite business Demonstrable experience of brand visualization, development, and marketing with go-to-market strategies, entering into joint ventures, product packages design for market penetration Possess leadership stature, strong communication, and interpersonal skills to manage a company, a team composed of senior professional resources and to interact with senior management levels of corporate and public sector for achieving concrete & measurable results and accomplishment of organizational goal. Experience in evaluating emerging technologies to transform businesses, exploration of Joint Ventures avenues with out-of-the-box ideas for business development, and delivering sustainable competitive advantage.
