Positions Announced:

1. CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER – CHRO

Master’s degree in HR, Management, Business/Public Administration with a specialization in HR required. Candidates with SHRM (SCP-CP), Chartered CIPD, or similar-level HR qualifications shall be preferred. Minimum10 years of progressive leadership experience In HR positions with at least 5 years of working as Chief HR/ Senior HR Manager or equivalent position in the IT sector/an IT-based company. Demonstrable knowledge of budget planning, compensation and benefits, HR Information Systems, and talent acquisition practices. Excellent writing and analytical skills. Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build relationships with colleagues, senior management, and employees. The maximum Age limit Is 45 years for the position.

2. HEAD OF MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS

Ten years plus relevant work experience in marketing, communications, print, and media, preferably with a well-reputed company. Demonstrated experience in the field of marketing, communications, external relations, public affairs, and public relations. and media releases of multi-disciplinary projects. Master’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Media, Management, etc.) from HEC recognized University or preferably from a foreign University. Proven budget management experience and outstanding communication, networking, and negotiation skills. Ability to see and communicate the big picture having creative skills and a data-driven mentality. Possess experience in designing marketing campaigns and slogans with hands-on skills in brand awareness and product adoption. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
