Positions Announced:
1. Medical Director
• MBBS or equivalent PMC – recognized qualification. • American Board Certification/ MRCP, FRCS/ FCPS, or equivalent. Masters in Health Management. • At least 10 years of working experience, as a consultant, with 05 years of clinical leadership and operational management experience in leading, managing, and setting clinical strategies for a large healthcare setup. • In-depth knowledge of key health policies and local bylaws/ healthcare standards (ISO/JCI). • A good understanding & working experience in an entire range of hospital clinical management.
Major Responsibilities: As a lead clinician in charge of the patient care services, provided by the Hospital, MD should be able to perform, but not be limited to the following tasks:- • Monitor clinical performance to ensure medical services and operations are in compliance with all the applicable regulatory and licensing agencies. • Implement, review and develop clinical protocols, clinical performance objectives & productivity benchmarks, compliance measures, clinicians’ workflow planning, and scheduling. • Train medical staff, teach & give guidance in best practices, troubleshooting of medical services, and operational issues, regarding patient care. • Develop and maintain a strategic plan for the clinical growth, expansion, and development of the hospital.
