Educational Qualification and Experience
A retired judge of the Supreme Court of Pakistan or person qualified to be a judge of the Supreme Court is eligible to apply. The Chairperson will be appointed for a period of three (3) years. The Chairperson in his/her position will supervise the overall working of the Council as detailed in the PCP Ordinance. 2002. The Chairperson shall be entitled to a salary, allowances, and privileges admissible under the rules.
