Positions Announced:
1. Chief Executive Officer
Academic qualification of Bachelor or equivalent in Insurance/Risk Management/Actuarial Sciences/ Management/Business Administration/Commerce/Finance recognized by HEC or be an ACII or FCII and or be a fellow of the Institute/Society of Actuaries or equivalent qualification as recognized by the Pakistan Society of Actuaries. Minimum 10 years of professional working experience out of which a minimum of 5 years as a “Key Officer” in the General Insurance/Takaful industry. Excellent leadership, team building, analytical strategic thinking, decision-making, communication & interpersonal skills with out-of-box orientation. Strategic thinking with the ability to identify emerging issues, analyze potential impacts, and translate ideas and insights into viable recommendations for actions. Highly organized and able to multi-tasking and oversee multiple projects and competing priorities without compromising accuracy or efficiency. Must be a person of integrity and sound financial track record with professional presence with the ability to develop strong working relationships.
2. Chief Financial Officer CFO / Company Secretary
Possesses professional qualifications in accounting e.g. FCA, ACA, FCMA, ACCA, etc. A member of a recognized body of professional accountants with at least 7 years post-professional qualification experience in a reputable General Insurance Companies out of which at least 3 years working experience in a Takaful Company. Fully conversant with the legal requirements for submission of accounting, tax, and other returns to the various statutory bodies. Thorough understanding of the accounting instructions and guidelines for the preparation of quarterly and yearly accounts. The maximum age limit is 55 years at the time to apply.
