Positions Announced:
1. Manager HR
Qualification: MBA (HRM) or equivalent degree with FIRM Specialization from HEC recognized University. Experience: Minimum 07 years relevant experience in reputable healthcare organization/sector with minimum 02 years experience in Managerial/ Supervisory role. Preference shall be given to the candidates having experience in tertiary care hospitals.
2. Manager Facilities
Qualification: Master’s degree in Management Sciences or equivalent qualification from HEC recognized University. Experience: 07 years relevant post qualification experience including 02 years in Managerial/supervisory role. Preference will be given to the Candidates having diplomas in the healthcare industry & Hospital Management.
3. Manager Pharmacy
Qualification: Pharm-D degree from an HEC-recognized University. Experience: Applicants should have at least 07 years of experience in a supervisory role in a reputed Hospital pharmacy or in the pharmaceutical industry. Knowledge of hospital formularies, computerized drug management, drug quality control, and medical supply inventories of modern hospital pharmacy is required. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from recognized institution along with DIT from a recognized institution Experience: 01-year relevant experience in a tertiary level hospital. OR
4. Ward Record Keeper
Qualification: B. Sc (Computer Science) or equivalent qualification Experience: 01-year relevant experience in tertiary level hospital. a. The candidate must have a 25 wpm Computer Typing speed. b. The Candidate must be proficient in MS. Office.
