Positions Announced:
1. Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist
Masters’ Degree in Statistics/ Public Policy / Social Sciences I Development studies/Economics/ Computing/ Information Systems or other related disciplines from a recognized university. At least 07 years of experience: after acquiring stipulated qualification in Monitoring and Evaluation, research, developing the logical framework, conducting assessments and surveys, data quality assessments, and oversight.
2. Social Development / Resettlement Specialist
Master’s Degree in Social Sciences, natural sciences, development studies, and other related disciplines from a recognized university. At least 07 years of experience (after acquiring stipulated qualification) in the social development sector, and community development in public/private sectors preferably with donor-funded projects.
3. Urban Development Specialist
Masters’s Degree in Urban Planning and related fields. 5 years post qualification experience and progressively responsible experience in Urban/Master Planning with experience in a developing context is an asset.

Interested individual consultants must provide: • A letter of Expression of Interest, providing information demonstrating ability, skills, and experience to undertake an advertised assignment and deliver inputs/ outputs required under the TOR. • A detailed, dated, and signed Curriculum Vitae highlighting qualifications and experience in carrying out similar assignments, as well as references for possible checks. The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section Ill, paragraphs, 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016 [revised November 2017 and August 2018] (“Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
