Candidates are required to apply online on IST’s web portal only. which can be accessed through the link: induction.ist.edu.pk. Hard copies of Applications through couriers will not be accepted Eligibility criteria on Tenure Track are available on HEC’s website: www.hec.gov.pk. Candidates for HEC’s US are required to submit both the HEC’s Tenure Track Form and IST’s Faculty Application Form. IST’s Faculty Pay Scales (FPS) are for ex-government officials only. However, ex-government officials can apply for both, HEC’s US and IST’s FPS as per their eligibility. Candidates having MS/M.Phil degrees (eighteen years of education) will be considered for the posts of Lecturers on BPS-18 (Contract). Candidates having BSIBE degrees (sixteen years of education) will be considered for the lab posts of Lab Engineers / Associates on BPS-17 (Contract). In case of foreign qualifications/degrees, submission of equivalence certificates from HEC and Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC) is mandatory.
