Positions Announced:
1. ASSISTANT MANAGER — TRAINING, STUDENT AFFAIRS Er LEARNING PROVIDERS (KARACHI)
The ideal candidate: Should be a Professional Accounting Affiliate, OR Should have 16 years of education with at least 3 years relevant experience; have completed CA Training with one year of experience are also eligible In 16 years’ qualification candidates, knowledge of CA-Education Et Training System will be preferred. Extensive knowledge of MOOCs is essential. Practical hands-on experience in working on MS-EXCEL for Data-Analysis is mandatory. Should be able to independently draft basic level letters, emails, and reports, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. The ideal candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision, have a strong sense of responsibility, understand data analytics, be research-oriented, be a good team player, and have good interpersonal skills.
2. SENIOR OFFICER – TRAINING, STUDENT AFFAIRS ft LEARNING PROVIDERS (KARACHI & LAHORE)
Key Responsibilities: The position will be responsible to support the Manager/Sr. Managed in day-to-day operations of Training, Student Affairs, and Learning Partners and coordinated in ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks within given deadlines. The position will be responsible to provide support for the qualitative institutional improvement of Trainees, Training Organizations, SDAls/RDAIs, and Hands-on Course Providers. Engaging with students and exploring areas of their capacity building, resolving their issues, maintaining student engagement in departmental initiatives, events, and coordination with various external stakeholders.
Education, Experience /Skills: The ideal candidate must have 16 years’ education with one year’s experience in student engagement. Knowledge of CA Education & Training Systems and its association with MOOCs will be an added advantage. The candidate must be a good team player having decent communication skills, interest in data-sets, and knowledge of MS Word, and MS Excel. Those who have fully or partially completed CA training are also eligible to apply.
