Baluchistan Glass Limited, a well established listed company in Pakistan, with a strong reputation in the glass industry is currently seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals to Join our team in the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Company Secretary. These roles are critical to our continued success. and we are looking for Individuals who are committed to excellence and have a strong track record of delivering results.
Positions Announced:
1. CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)
The Candidates must possess a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in finance. with at least five (5) years in a senior management role. Must be members of ICAP or similar professional body or postgraduates in finance Selected candidates will be expected to display strong financial analysis and modeling skills, excellent leadership and management qualities, problem-solving and decision-making skills, and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. The candidates must have the ability to perform under pressure and meet light deadlines. They must be well versed with tax, corporate, labor, and other prevailing laws.
2. COMPANY SECRETARY
The candidates must have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience as a Company Secretary, preferably in a listed company. Must be a member of a body of professional accountants/Corporate or Chartered Secretaries/MBA/LLB. Must display a strong knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory compliance requirements. Must display excellent communication and interpersonal skills and possess the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Should also excel at problem-solving and decision-making.
