Masters, preferably MS / M.Phil. The candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Administration. Management Consulting or Strategic Planning. Excellent understanding of strategic operations and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and planning skills. Outstanding research and analytical abilities, Strategic management skills. Strong leadership skills Supporting the development of long-term organizational strategy. Conducting research and analyses of operational effectiveness, and processes. stakeholders. etc. Aligning departmental goals, processes, and resource allocation with the organizational strategy. Assessing market trends and competitors. Identifying threats and opportunities. Presenting findings, projections, and recommended actions. Planning. implementing and managing proposed recommendations and projects. Monitoring and reporting on projects. Supporting and guiding senior executive decision-making processes

2. Producer (Broadcast)

Bachelors / Masters (14-16 Years). More than 8 Years experience of working in a reputable television channel

3. Audio / Video Engineer

DAE/Diploma in Broadcast /IT/ or Engineering Degree. More than 5 years experience of working on Digital applications/and managing live transmissions of any reputable TV Channel

4. Cameraman

Bachelors / Masters (14 years). More than 8 Years experience of working in a reputable channel

5. Non-Linear Editor

DAE/Diploma in Broadcast/ IT/Editing. More than 5 years of experience working on Digital applications/and managing live transmissions of any reputable TV Channel

6. Animator

Bachelors/ Diploma in Graphics and Animation. More than 5 years of experience working on Digital applications/and managing live transmissions of any reputable TV Channel

7. Producer (Radio / Web Radio)

Bachelors / Masters (14 years). 8-year experience working in a Radio station

8. Audio Engineer

DAE/ Diploma in Broadcast Engineering/IT/ Electrical Engineer
Masters. More than 5 years of experience working on Digital applications/and managing live transmissions of any reputable Radio/ Web Radio Station
