Qualification / Experience: The candidate must have a degree in Hospitality or Food and Beverage Management. Must have 3 – 4 years of experience in F&B operations, out of which 1 year of experience in a similar supervisory role. Must have Team leading and teamwork abilities. Must have commercial understanding. Must focus on the customers. Must have cultural awareness. Must be responsible for ensuring day to day restaurant operations as per the company’s procedures and standards.
