Positions Announced:
1. Director Legal / Contract
Bachelor’s degree in Law. Master in Law or Barrister in Law will have an additional advantage. Minimum 10 years of total experience. Experience in the power sector will be given preference. The candidate has an understanding of legal and regulatory affairs associated with the power sector including laws. rules, regulations, etc., and the contractual framework for power/ energy sales and purchases will be preferred. Knowledge of competitive electricity markets will be an added advantage. Up to 50 years
Nature of Employment. The employment shall be on contract for an initial period of Three (03) years. extend able on satisfactory performance and need basis. Report to CEO/ BoD. The Position is offered on a market-based competitive package. IESCO
