Positions Vacant:
TEACHING POSITIONS:
1. Professor
Qualification / Experience: As per PMC / HEC Criteria.
NON – TEACHING POSITIONS:
2. Director Institute of Health & Business Management
Qualification: Ph.D. in Health Management or Social Sciences or in relevant field from HEC recognized University. No academic qualification in his career of less than 2nd Class.
Experience: 15 years relevant work experience in a recognized/accredited institution with at least 8 years of which should be at the senior management level. The applicant must exhibit teaching and administrative experience in an accredited institution and have demonstrated capability to engage in research. The applicant must be experienced in forming an educational collaboration with various academic institutions, and professionally align the institute’s objectives with the overall Mission and Vision of the University. The ideal applicant must be thoroughly familiar with the process for implementing NBEAC accreditation within the BBA / MBA / EMBA programs and will orient all activities to fully meet the requirements of accreditation.
Publications: The applicant must have 15 HEC recognized publications.
2. Director Administration
Qualification: The applicant must possess a minimum master’s degree preferably MBA from an international or HEC recognized Institution.
Experience: Minimum 17 years of relevant work experience in a reputable organization. 5 years of which should be at the senior management position. Previous Administration work experience in an academic environment will be preferred. The applicant must be an experienced and seasoned professional well able to align the University’s Administration strategy and objectives to its core values. Applicant should be well versed in legal knowledge of rules/regulations/statutory affairs general administration in a reputable organization. The Candidate should possess excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills, combined with a service-oriented attitude.
3. Director HR
Qualification / Experience: At least 2nd Class MBA(HR) with preferably LLB degree from reputable HEC recognized University. 17 years experience related to Human Resources Management / Policies in BPS-17 and above including 05 (five) years experience as Director HR in Government. Semi-Government. Autonomous body and public sector university. The candidates should have a thorough knowledge of HR functions, including experience in formulating Policies & Procedures, HR Workforce Planning, and Budgeting. Recruitment & Selection, Compensation and Benefits Management, and Performance Management while also possessing a working knowledge of labor laws. The candidate should possess excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. combined with a service-oriented attitude.
4. Director ORIC
Qualification / Experience: Ph.D. From an HEC recognized University / Institute. Minimum 06 years professional experience in relevant/similar capacity at a national or international organization.
OR
Qualification / Experience: At least 2nd Class Master’s degree from an HEC recognized University / Institute. Minimum 10 years professional experience in relevant/similar capacity at a national or international level.
