Positions Vacant:
1. Director of Institute of Health & Business Management
Qualification / Experience: Ph.D. in Health Management or Social Sciences or in relevant field from HEC recognized university. No academic qualification in his career of less than 2nd class. 15 years of relevant work experience in a recognized/accredited institution with at least 8 years of which should be at the senior management level. The applicant must exhibit teaching and administrative experience in an accredited institution and have demonstrated the capability to engage in research. The applicant must be experienced in forming educational collaborations with various academic institutions, and professionally align the institute’s objectives with the overall Mission and Vision of the University. The ideal applicant must be thoroughly familiar with the process for implementing NBEAC accreditation within the BBA / MBA/EMBA programs and will orient all activities to fully meet the requirements of accreditation.
Publications: The applicant must have 15 HEC recognized publications.
2. Director Administration
Qualification / Experience: The applicant must possess a minimum Master’s Degree preferably an MBA from an international or HEC recognized institution with a minimum of 17 years of relevant work experience in a reputable organization, 5 years of which should be at the senior management position. Previous Administration work experience in an academic environment will be preferred. The applicant must be an experienced and seasoned professional well able to align the University’s Administration strategy and objectives to its core values. Applicant should be well versed in legal knowledge of rules/regulations/statuary affairs general administration in a reputable organization. The candidate should possess excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills, combined with a service-oriented attitude.
3. Secretary to Vice-Chancellor
Qualification / Experience: At least 2nd Class Master’s Degree from HEC recognized University with 06 years experience of drafting skills, shorthand/typing speed of 40 wpm, knowledge of Microsoft Office, with working experience in a Medical University / Institution / Government/ Semi-Government / Autonomous Body in a similar capacity.
