Positions Vacant: 

1. Executive Chef 

Qualification / Experience required for the job: Minimum 12 – 15 years of experience in a 5-star hotel or club as Executive Chef in the hospitality industry/ Club. Must have excellent knowledge of Food Standards. HACCP and all kitchen operations and the latest culinary practices in vogue. Should be able to function effectively in a busy environment.

2. Quality Assurance Manager (Nutrition)

Qualification / Experience required for the job: The candidate must have BS Hons / MSc in Food Science and Technology / Food and Nutrition. The candidate must have 5 years of experience in the Food quality management system.

3. Sous Chef / Assistant Sous Chef

Qualification / Experience required for the job: The candidate should have 10 years of experience as a Sous Chef / Assistant Sous Chef. The minimum qualification is FA.

4. Head Sweet Man

Qualification / Experience required for the job: At least 5 years of experience in the same capacity in a reputed organization or Hospitality Industry. Must have technical skills to prepare all kinds of sweets and desserts as per the menu.

5. Cashier

Qualification / Experience required for the job: At least 1 year of experience as a cashier in a reputed organization. B.Com / BA.

6. Laundry Man

Qualification / Experience required for the job: Minimum 3 years of experience as a laundryman in a reputed organization. Must have ample experience in washing and pressing. Matric.

7. House Man / Housing Maid

Qualification / Experience required for the job: Minimum 3 years of experience as a housemaid in a reputed organization. Matric.
