Positions Vacant:
1. Project Manager – TB Program
Qualification / Experience required: MBBS/Masters in Public Health / relevant discipline. Seven years of work experience where at least three years in a management role. Experience working with an INGO is a must. Previous experience in managing Global Fund grants is desirable while previous experience with a variety of donors will be an added advantage. Excellent writing skills required. Proven track record of maintaining liaison with governmental and non-governmental partners. Proficiency in written and spoken English and local languages.
2. Data Management Assistant
Qualification / Experience required: Bachelor in social sciences / relevant discipline. Two years of work experience in data management/data entry is required. Experience in public health programs and specifically TB control programs is desired. Having a strong grip in MS office 2010 especially advanced MS Excel. Fluency in written and spoken English.
3. District Field Supervisor
Qualification / Experience required: Bachelor in social sciences / relevant discipline. Three years of work experience with community-based programs, preferably two years with TB control / DOTS awareness programs. Computer skills a must, including MS Word and Excel. Fluency in written and spoken English, Urdu, and local languages.
4. Senior District Field Supervisor
Qualification / Experience required: Bachelor in social sciences / relevant discipline. Five years of work experience with community-based programs, preferably two years with TB DOTS awareness programs. Excellent communication skills are essential. Basic computer skills a must, including MS Word and Excel. Fluency in written and spoken English, Urdu, and Local language.
