The ENS project aims to support Pakistani partners in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) to strengthen access to public education and health services in refugee-hosting communities. The project’s focus is to strengthen sector governance in education and health and to support cooperation between (Chief) Commissioner for Afghan Refugees (CCAR, CAR) and subnational government structures. In line with the sustainable development goals (SOGs) and the principle ‘Leave No One Behind’ (LNOB). the project will support partners to improve access to public services for vulnerable groups, including Afghan refugees. women, youth, and persons with disabilities. Project activities will be implemented in three selected districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa with the significant presence of Afghan refugees. In this context. GIZ is seeking applications for the following positions:

Qualifications / Experience: Minimum four years of higher education including bachelor’ or master’ degree (graduates who finished their degree within the last six months, or are in the process of completion) in health, social science, public administration, economics, or other related fields from a recognized institution. Limited or no comparable experience in a related field (not more than 11 months of either internship or work experience after graduation). Proof of relevant research/project work in the form of a concept note and report
