Intellectual Property Organization of Pakistan Commerce Division is a focal body of the Federal Government for registration and management of IP Right (Patients, Industrial Design, Copyrights, Trademarks, and Geographical Indications). Geographical Indications (Registration and Protection) Act 2020 has recently been enacted. It will encourage SMEs to expand their business worldwide. The protection of geographical indications will boost exports. GI protection will be helpful in the economic prosperity of the procedures, processors, and traders. IPO Pakistan has taken some important measures for the implementation of the law in letter and spirit. In this regard, applications are invited from eligible and qualified candidates to fill the following vacant posts mentioned as follows. Positions Vacant: 

1. Expert / Consultant 

Qualification / Experience required for the job: Minimum 10 years of experience in the IP / GI field, assessment studies/consultative services, baseline, studies, coordination with a national and international organization. Minimum qualification of Masters in Law recognized by HEC recognized University. The age limit required for this job is not more than 45 years. Good interpersonal skills in writing, reading and speaking English.
