Positions Announced: 

OPERATIONS
1. Senior Manager

Master in Business Management or relevant degree. Preference will be given to foreign degree holders. At least 12 years of relevant experience in the developing health sector out of which 5 years in a managerial capacity

HUMAN RESOURCES

2. Manager

MBA (Human Resources) or Equivalent. Minimum 8 years of experience out of which 3 years in a managerial capacity

3. Assistant Manager

MBA (Human Resources) or Equivalent. Minimum 5 years of experience out of which 2 years in a similar capacity specialized in managing compensation & benefits section

4. Senior Officer

MBA (Human Resources) or Equivalent Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

5. Officer

Bachelors, preferably Masters. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the compensation & benefits section

SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT

6. Deputy Manager

MBA (Supply Chain). Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with 3 years in relevant capacity

MONITORING EVALUATION ACCOUNTABILITY & LEARNING

7. Research Associate

Bachelors in Health, Development/ Social Science, or related fields. Fresh or minimum 1 year of relevant experience

NURSING SERVICES

8. Assistant Head Nurse

Diploma in Nursing preferably BScN. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

BIOMEDICAL

9. Engineer

B.S/B.E (Biomedical). Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

HOUSEKEEPING

10. Coordinator

Bachelors, preferably Masters. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience out of which 2 years in a managerial capacity

MAINTENANCE

11. Coordinator 

BE preferably Masters. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience out of which 2 years in a managerial capacity

SAFETY & SECURITY

12. Coordinator 

Masters or Retired Army Commissioned Officer holding a university degree. Minimum 6 years of experience.
