Positions Vacant:
1. DEPUTY MANAGER INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY— LAHORE
Qualification / Experience required: The position will be responsible for managing day-to-day IT (Network, System & Server, Computer-based examinations) operations at ICAP to ensure effective maintenance of software and hardware. It will provide technical support to all the offices, students, and members by connecting/configuring all stations through a Video/Audio conference system. The position will ensure effective management of IT processes, procedures & policies along with technical maintenance and support. He / She will coordinate with procurement to maintain an inventory of hardware & software and carry out periodical preventive maintenance as per the requirement. The candidate must be a BSCS/Bachelors of Engineering, majoring in Telecommunication, Network, Systems or Computer architecture from HEC recognized University/Institute with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
2. SENIOR OFFICER EDUCATION & TRAINING – LAHORE
Qualification / Experience required: The position will be responsible to assist students in day-to-day queries; provide administrative support in organizing events and assist in the preparation of examination hall with the objective to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and smooth conduct of examinations within the limits of guidelines/directives from the supervisor. It will also be responsible to organize and execute CA Talent Program all over Pakistan and conduct RAET and APPs visits, facilitate the students by providing career guidance, examination-related information, and addressing their queries with expedited solutions. The candidate must be a graduate, preferably a Masters from HEC recognized University with at least 2 to 3 years of experience with good communication and customer service skills. The role would suit an individual who has excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
