Positions Vacant:
1. ASSISTANT MANAGER / SENIOR OFFICER INVESTIGATION — KARACHI
Duties / Responsibilities: The candidate will be responsible to assist the Manager Investigation in matters related to investigation cases and functions of the Investigation Committee of the institute. Prepare analysis of complaints, reports of the Investigation Committee, and draft letters/notices in light of the applicable laws and regulations.
Qualification / Experience required: The ideal candidate should hold a Certificate in Accounting & Finance from ICAP (preferably with training completed) with a minimum of 3 years of working experience along with excellent communication and report writing skills. Preference will be given to Law Graduates and/or those having experience of handling off-site or on-site regulatory inspections/statutory inquiries and compliance/corporate and legal affairs and experience of managing the secretarial work.
2. SENIOR OFFICER / OFFICER INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY – ISLAMABAD
Duties / Responsibilities: The candidate will be responsible to provide end-user IT support and handle complaints at ICAP Islamabad and related satellite offices. Configure and setup computers, peripherals, and accounts, assign security level, and data management. Provided IT assistance in events like seminars, workshops, conferences & webinars. Ensure smooth connectivity of video/audio conferencing meetings on daily basis and assist the supervisor in various ad-hoc assignments. Candidates having knowledge of Mobile Development, Web Designing, PHP Programming with MySQL will be an added advantage; he/she must require minimum supervision and may act as the lead when the need arises.
Qualification / Experience required: The candidate must be an IT Graduate/Masters (16 years) from an HEC recognized university with 2 to 3 years of working experience in a relevant field. Have in-depth knowledge of hardware and software, audio and video conferencing, computer networking, and operating systems. Preference will be given to candidates having knowledge of the latest IT and software trends.
