Positions Announced:
1. Head of Northern Region
Qualification / Experience and Skills required for the job: The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 10 years of experience or an MBA / other post-graduate qualification with 15 years of relevant experience including a minimum of 5 years at a C-Level position. Demonstrated leadership competency in strategic planning and operational management skills. Ability in decision-making, problem-solving along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities: Providing support to all the functions carried out in ICAP offices spread across the territories of the Northern Region including but not limited to Examination, Education & Training, Members’ Affairs, Legal & Corporate, Finance, Information Technology, and others. Supervising the administrative heads of all offices in the Northern Region and be responsible for internal controls, compliance, implementation of ICAP policies and procedures, upkeep, and maintenance of ICAP offices across the region. Maintaining relationships with all stakeholders including, but not limited to ICAP members in the corporate sector, members in practice, education partners, government departments, and Ministries, in the Northern Region, particularly Islamabad. Representing ICAP at various Government & Non-Government forums in the Northern Region including Islamabad. Administrative Oversight of Conferences and Seminars organized by ICAP in the Northern Region.
