Positions Announced:
1. Secretary:
Qualification / Experience required for the job: Member of a recognized body of professional accountants; or Member of a recognized body of corporate chartered secretaries; or Person holding a Master Degree In Business Administration or Commerce or a Law Graduate from a university recognized by HEC with at least five (05) years of relevant experience in Govt. department / Semi-Govt. organization / Corporations / Autonomous Bodies or large commercial organization or large public limited companies of repute. The candidate must comply with Fit & Proper criteria as prescribed in Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance) Rules, 2013 amended up to 2017.
Age Limit as on Closing Date: Up to 50 years at the time of submission of application.
Nature of Employment: The employment shall be on contract for an initial period of three (3) years, with an annual performance evaluation to be conducted by the Board of Directors HESCO.
Pay & Allowances: Market-based pay and remuneration will be offered.
