HRSG Recruitment invites applications for the following vacant posts.
1. HEAD OF SALES (INSTITUTIONAL)
Qualification and Experience required for the job: Strong leadership skills and ability to drive sales growth in funds. MBA / Masters (Marketing) from HEC approved university. 4 Relevant working experience of at least 5 years in the mutual fund industry / financial institutions. Established a relationship with Corporates and intuitions.
2. GROUP LEADER SALES/SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVES / SALES EXECUTIVES
Qualification and Experience required for the job: To execute sales to meet fund-wise sales targets (Appointed personnel to be posted in major cities of Pakistan). Graduate from HEC approved university. Minimum experience of mutual fund industry / financial institutions: 3 years of experience for Group Leader Sales / 1-year experience for other positions.
3. MANAGER (SMA) / FUND MANAGER (SMA)
Qualification / Experience required for the job: To develop and implement SMA business reporting to SMA Head (for Karachi only). MBA / Graduate from HEC approved university. Minimum 2 years of experience in the SMA management / mutual fund industry.
4. OFFICERS (MARKETING SUPPORT FUNCTIONS) / JUNIOR ACCOUNTS OFFICER
Qualification / Experience required for the job: Officer to provide marketing support services (for Karachi only). Accounts Officer to perform different jobs for Accounts Department (for Karachi only). MBA / Graduate / B.Com from HEC approved university. Minimum 1-year experience of working in mutual fund industry / financial institutions.
5. IT SECURITY ENGINEER / IT SUPPORT ENGINEER
Qualification / Experience required for the job: Security Engineer to develop and implement IT security governance, architecture, policies, and awareness training. 6 Years of working in the IT field, of which 3 years of specialized experience in the area of IT security governance and technologies with certification in security or networking of CISA or CISSP. Support Engineer to provide installation, administration and troubleshooting support to desktop and server hardware and software systems. Knowledge of .Net framework and MS SQL will be an added advantage. Relevant experience of at least 3 years. The candidate should have done relevant courses and hold certifications. University degree in computer science/IT Field from a leading institute.
