Positions Vacant:
1. Project Coordinator
Qualification and experience required for the following vacant position: Masters degree in Business Administration or Communication with a minimum of six to eight years’ waking experience to handle all HR functions and ensure the proper functioning of all FIR process at the field level, coordinator and communication with the client. daily supervision and managing staff performance at all levels.
2. HR / Project Officer
Qualification and experience required for the following vacant position: Masters degree in Business Administration or Communication with 4 to 5 years’ experience of supporting HR managers across departments at different levels. Responsible for HR functions including general staff communication, recruitment, complaint handling. tracking staff progress and maintaining records.
3. Project Officer – Legal
Qualification and experience required for the following vacant position: LLB degree with a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience, inducing one-year experience of the trial court. Review and disciplinary letters, conducting inquiries, and writing investigation report Liaison with company lawyers for court cases and maintaining updates.
4. Admin & Logistics Officer
Qualification and experience required for the following vacant position: Bachelors / Master’s Degree with 3 to 4 years’ experience providing administrative support and managing staff queries. Obtaining quotations with vendors. providing logistics support to staff, executing training & meeting events, maintaining inventory records, and monthly reporting.
5. Executive Secretary (Preferably Female) Islamabad
Qualification and experience required for the following vacant position: Master’s Degree in HR or communication disciplines with minimum 5 to 8 years’ experience in a reputed organization.
