Forms are available from the Accounts Section of JPMC through a voucher of Rs. 3000/- in the name of Executive Director: JPMC, Karachi.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: • MBBS / BDS Graduates of the session 2022 from a recognized Institution other than SMC. • NOC from the parent Institution is required along with the application forms. • PMDC / PMC Certificate must be submitted along with Forms, or else the application will not be entertained.

VENUE OF ENTRANCE TEST: The entrance test will be held at Najmuddin Auditorium, JPMC, Karachi on 09th May 2023 (Tuesday) at 10:00 am.

Note: The application processing fee is non-refundable. Selection of candidates will be made on the basis of merit alone. Detailed pre-requisite is included in the form. Forms will be received in the R&I Section. Incomplete forms will not be entertained. No TA/DA will be paid by this Centre. No accommodation will be provided by this Centre. Attested photocopies of CNIC and 04 passport-size photographs should be submitted with the forms. The last date for submission of the form is 29th April 2023. Admit Cards will be issued from Education and Training Section on the 05th & 06th of May 2023. The result will be posted on the website of JPMC, Karachi i.e www.jpmc.edu.pk
