1. Project Director BFSA Quetta
Minimum qualification of BS/ MS/ MPhil in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Chemiobiology, Biochemical toxicology, Criminal law as Evidence, Pathology, Serology, Chemistry, Physics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Computer Sciences/IT/Cyber Security, Management Sciences, or equivalent degree (16 years of education) from HEC recognized university. Foreign or higher qualifications (Ph.D.) will be given preference. A minimum of ten years of experience in Forensic Sciences, project management, or projects of similar nature will be given preference.

Maximum age 63 years on the date of appointment The Project Director would be responsible to functionalize BFSA, Quetta as per the vision and roadmap gave by the Home Department on the pattern of PFSA, Lahore. Exercise a strong check on time and cost overruns by monitoring the inputs, processes, and outputs of the project. He/ she would have the overall responsibility to deliver the Balochistan Forensic Science Agency (BFSA) Quetta and strategically oversee the planning, design, development, and implementation of an integrated solution to meet the vision of BFSA. Ensure that proper procedures for reviewing and responding to the progress reports are established and followed that indicate how what and when to monitor and evaluate. Identify risk based on ground realities and formulate a risk mitigation plan.
