Positions Announced:
1. GM ACADEMICS & HRD
QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE: Master’s degree in a relevant field, and certified master trainer. 10 to 15 years of experience in training and development. preferably in a management role.
JOB DESCRIPTION: • Provide strategic direction for academic programs • Oversee curriculum development • Lead recruitment process for academic staff • Enhance employee engagement • Develop and manage performance appraisal systems. • Ensure academic programs adhere to regulatory requirements • Strategies an effective feedback mechanism • Develop and manage budgets related to academic and HRD functions • Optimize resource allocation to support academic and 1-WD initiatives • Monitoring and providing support to principals • Supervise curriculum review, organizing events and coordination • Shall cause the policy documents to be modified/updated
2. MANAGER HRD
QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Education/English Literature. or related field; 5+ years of experience in training and development. Ability to analyze and evaluate training needs and develop effective solutions.
JOB DESCRIPTION: • Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training and development programs for employees • Work closely with department heads and senior management to determine training needs • Identify skill gaps • Develop strategies to improve employee performance • Develop and conduct workshops and training sessions • Create training materials and resources. • Analyse and evaluate training needs and develop effective solutions
