Positions Vacant:
1. Adviser (Monitoring & Evaluation)
Qualification / Experience: Masters/Bachelors (16 years schooling) degree. Minimum 12 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years experience in a senior management position. Evidence of excellence in teaching, research, and academic management. Has to experience in the preparation of development plans. execution of major projects and management of contracts. Understands the processes of PSDP-funded projects in higher education institutions. Has exposure to policy formulation and administration of higher education. Preference will be given to the candidate having good proficiency in using digital tools for project design, implementation, monitoring, and management.
2. MD / Adviser (Quality Assurance)
Qualification / Experience: Masters/Bachelors (16 years schooling) degree. Minimum 12 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years experience in a senior management position. Evidence of excellence in teaching, research, and academic management. Understands policies and processes of developing, governing, and regulating quality assurance regimes in a higher education institution. Has a good understanding of higher education quality evaluation tools and their application to performance evaluation. Preference will be given to the candidate having good proficiency in using digital tools for higher education management.
3. Adviser (Scholarship)
Qualification / Experience: Masters/Bachelors (16 years schooling) degree. Minimum 12 years of relevant experience with at least two years of experience in a senior management position.Evidence of excellence in teaching, research, or academic management. Has experience in preparation of development plans, execution of major projects, and management of contracts. Understands the processes of PSDP-funded projects for higher education scholarships, management of all kinds of scholarship programs within Pakistan and abroad. Preference will be given to the candidate having good proficiency in using digital tools for higher education management.
4. Director General (Services)
Qualification / Experience: Masters/Bachelors (16 years schooling) degree. Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience with at least 2 years in a senior position. Evidence of excellence in project management, facilities administration, and procurement portfolio. Diversified experience in business development and entrepreneurial innovation. Preference will be given to the candidate having good proficiency in using digital tools for higher education management.
5. Director General (Student Services)
Qualification / Experience: Masters/Bachelor’s degree (16 years schooling). Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience including 2 years in a senior position. Evidence of excellence in higher education administration/management. Understands academic qualifications framework and student services in higher education institutions. Preference will be given to the candidate having good proficiency in using digital tools for higher education management.
