1. Director HR BPS – 20
Qualification required for the following vacant position and job: MBA / M.E/M.Sc equivalent to 18 years of education in first division from HEC recognized University / Institution.
Experience required for the following vacant position and job: More than fifteen (15) years in the relevant field in which 10 years in BPS-17 or equivalent to BPS-17 or above in a recognized University/or Government Department /Autonomous organization, administration dealing with HR matters and application of service rules or in the relevant field at the responsible position. Experience of Public Sector University shall be given preference.
Instructions:
Candidates having Sindh Province domicile. Candidates serving in Government/Semi-Government arid autonomous bodies should apply through proper channel accompanied by NOC from the employer and will be responsible for getting themselves relieved properly from their departments’ Maximum age limit is 45 years, relaxable in case of highly qualified suitable candidates and Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous bodies employees in exceptional cases. Incomplete applications i.e. without education. professional and experience certificates, processing fees, etc, or applications received after the specified date or those not eligible shall not be entertained. The University reserves the right to cancellation of the advertised post. Only short-listed candidates shall be called for test/interview and Non-eligible candidates will not be informed.
