Positions Announced:
1. Technical Advisor Tourism
Ph.D. Tourism or Hospitality Management OR M.Phil. Degree in Tourism (Preference will be given to Ph.D. in Tourism). In the case of a Ph.D. minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience is required. In the case of M.Phil 10 to 15 years of experience is required. In-depth understanding of socio-economic conditions of GB and its tourism potential. Sound knowledge and hands-on experience of International and National Tourism scenarios. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, and experience in people management: Ability to work in a challenging environment with poor infrastructure and human capacities. Ability to travel to remote areas frequently.
2. Survey and Business Development Expert
Master’s Degree in Business/ Economics. 10-15 years with 5 years experience in Senior Management Position related to Enterprise Development/ Tourism Promotion. Expertise in Market Assessment Surveys. Value Chain Surveys and Assessments. Experience in Village development I capacity building preferably in the GB context. Excellent understanding of Entrepreneurship Development. Understanding E-tourism Sector. In-depth understanding of GB socio-economic conditions and sectoral dynamics of GB. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, and experience in people management. Ability to work in a challenging environment with poor infrastructure and human capacities. Ability to travel to remote areas frequently. Fair Understanding of local languages. norms and Values of GB.
