1. Quantity Surveyor / Estimator
Qualifications & Experience required for the following vacant position and job: DAE/ B. TECH/ CIVIL ENGINEERING
Experience required: 2-5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IS A MUST IN REPUTED ORGANIZATIONS
RESPONSIBILITIES: BOQ (Bill of Quantities) verification before the tender process. In-depth quantity take-offs.Project estimation. Technical specification & verification of IPCs with drawings. Recommendations for the potential improvement SOFTWARE FAMILIARITY: MUST BE THE ADVANCE USER OF MS.EXCEL, BLUE BEAM, PLANSWIFT. KNOWLEDGE OF STACK AND OTHER SOFTWARE WOULD BE CONSIDERED AN ADVANTAGE.
