1. Business Development Manager 

Qualification and experience required for the following vacant position: Bachelors Degree in Business Development/MarketinW Finance. Business Development experience (preferably 5-8 years) in the construction industry with a successful track record of building relationships. Management Certifications (If any). Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications. The ability to travel as needed. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and management skills. Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills. Effective communication skills. Strong business acumen. Detail-oriented.
