1. Head of Academic Services in the Office of Academic Services
Duties / Responsibilities:
The Head of Academic Services is responsible for the design, implementation, integrity, and security of the student record system. He/she is responsible for collecting, recording, and maintaining the academic records of student performance at the University. He/she is responsible for systematic gathering, recording, processing, and reporting data and information vital to the academic life of students and the University. He /she works closely with the Heads of Departments in their area of responsibility for record-keeping, procedures to be followed in reports and analysis.
Qualification and experience required to fill the following position: Minimum Education and Experience. 16 years of equivalent education with 10 years of relevant work experience OR 18 years of equivalent education with 8 years of relevant work experience.
