Positions Vacant:
1. Head (Legal)
Qualification / Experience required for the following vacant position: LLB or Equivalent Qualification in the related field from a reputable national international university. duty recognized by the HEC. Preference shall be given to candidates having LLM from a reputable national/international university. duly recognized by the HEC. 15+ years of overall experience (post qualification) including 5+ years of relevant evidence in a Leadership Comparable position preferably with a reputable Financial Institution(s).
2. Company Secretary
Qualification / Experience required for the following vacant position: Member of a recognized body of Professional Accountants or Corporate or Chartered
Secretaries: or MBA / Law degree from a reputable national/international university. duly recognized by the
HEC in line with Rule 14(4)(c) of the Public Sector Companies Rules, 2013(as amended): Preference shall be given to a candidate who has a Code of Corporate Governance certification. Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance) Rules 2013 shall apply. 15+ years of overall experience (post qualification) including 5 + years of relevant experience in a Leadership / Comparable position preferably with a reputable Financial institution(s)
3. Group Head (HR, Learning Management & Disciplinary Proceedings)
Qualification / Experience required for the following vacant position: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business / Public Administration / Management) HR or related field from a reputable national/international university, duty recognized by the HEC. Candidates with a Master’s degree in HRM /Organizational Psychology shall be given preference. Certification in HR will have an added advantage. 20+ years of overall experience (post qualification) including 5+ years of relevant experience in a leadership/ comparable position in terms of responsibility preferably with a reputable financial institution.
