Positions Announced:
1. CHIEF INVESTMENT SPECIALIST
Qualification: Must possess at least one of the following qualifications:
a) Masters degree in Finance or Economics from an HEC recognized university; or
b) Qualified Chartered Accountant/ACCA/ICMA/CFA Charter Holder
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in the field of portfolio management/fund size of at least Rs. 50 billion. Individuals should have overall exposure to actuarial valuations in relation to employee benefit schemes. An individual should have experience in portfolio management in the financial services industry i.e. Banks, Insurance Companies, Non-Banking Financial Institutions, Investment Houses, and Asset Management Companies. The following experience won’t be considered as being relevant: (i) Back-office treasury operations (ii) Treasury sales experience Stockbroking/equity sales experience (iv) Any other liability sales/deposit mobilization experience. Age Limit: Not exceeding the age of 50
2. INVESTMENT SPECIALIST
Qualification: Must possess at least one of the following qualifications:
a) CA Finalist/ACCA/ICMA; or
b) Masters in Accounting or Finance from HEC recognized University Experience: Minimum 5 years’ working experience in Chartered Accountancy firm having the experience to handle financial sector audit and or experience in the field of investment accounting in the financial services industry. Experience working in the financial services industry includes Banks, Insurance Companies, Non-Banking Financial Institutions, Stockbrokerage Houses, Investment Houses, and Asset Management Companies. Articles experience in Chartered Accountancy firm would be counted as relevant experience. Age Limit: Not exceeding the age of 45
