Positions Announced:
1. Female MIS Officer
EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC with at least 70% marks or a minimum CGPA of 3.00. Candidates having a Master’s Degree and/or any other relevant professional qualification in Business / Banking / Commerce / Finance / Actuarial Sciences / Law etc. will be preferred
AGE: Maximum 26 years (as of the last date of submission of application)
EXPERIENCE: Candidates up to 01 years of banking experience will be preferred • Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply
OUTLINE OF MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: • To coordinate with relevant stakeholders for automated report generation for NPL accounts • To support/provide backup for recovery for the units assigned to handle collections • To analyze and follow-up on NPL accounts against the assigned portfolio and monitor the progress on recoveries there-against on fortnightly / monthly/quarterly basis • Devise recovery strategies on accounts assigned to the unit with coordination of wing head • Liaison with the legal office to ensure proper follow up is done on accounts assigned to the unit • To help in preparing dashboards and control methodologies • To develop relevant MIS related to portfolio progress on monthly basis for management review • To assist the supervisor in the preparation of presentations for senior management as and when required • To generate pertinent reports as and when required • To liaison with Regional Offices for recovery of NPLs
