Application forms can be downloaded from the website https://hitms.edu.pk/careers/ or can be obtained from the office of the Registrar and submitted with the Demand Draft / Pay Order of Rs.5.000/- for all Teaching Faculty positions (Non-Refundable) as processing fee of applications in favor of Hyderabad Institute for Technology & Management Science, for non-faculty members will pay Rs.3,000/- (Non-Refundable) and supporting staff will pay Rs.1,000/- (Non-Refundable). The application form duly filled with supporting documents should arrive on or before fifteen days of Publication of this advertisement at the office of Registrar, Hyderabad Institute for Technology & Management Science, formerly Youth Hostel, Daman-e-Kohsar, Latifabad, Hyderabad. Candidates applying for the post of Professor and Associate Professor should submit five copies, The Assistant Professor and non-teaching position should submit one copy of their bio-data/CV along with attested copies of degree, certificate, one photograph, and Research Publications for each set with proper bonded. Candidates serving in Government/Semi-Government and autonomous bodies should apply through the proper channels. The maximum age limit is 45 years, relaxable in case of highly qualified suitable candidates and Government/Semi-Government employees in exceptional cases. However, for the post of Registrar & Director Finance which is a three-year tenure post, candidates up to the age of sixty-two years may also be eligible. Candidates for the post of Professor up to the age of sixty-two years may also be considered in the field of Computer Science and emerging disciplines only. Qualification and experience shall be calculated and examined as of the closing date of submission of applications. Candidates applying for more than one post should submit a separate application form(s) along with a separate bank draft with the necessary documents for each post. Incomplete applications i.e. without educational, professional, and experience certificates, processing fees, etc., or applications received after the specified date shall not be entertained. The envelope should be marked with the post applied for.
