Applications on prescribed proforma along with relevant documents “attested and one fresh passport-size photograph may
reach the undersigned within 15 days from the date of publication of this advertisement. Application forms can be collected from the undersigned’s office and downloaded from www.archives.gov.pk. All appointments shall be made in accordance with the prevailing Recruitment Rules/Policy of the Federal Government. Relaxation in the age limit shall be admissible as per existing Govemment rules. Age will be calculated, effective from the closing date of submitting applications. The eligibility of candidate(s) will be determined on the basis of academic qualification given for each post. A candidate can apply for more than one post by applying separately for each post. Only shortlisted applicants will be called for test/ interviews. Candidates shall present original documents along with a set of attested copies of all the relevant documents at the time of
the interview. Applicants already in Govemment Service should apply through the proper channel & submit NOC along with the application. The Centre for the test/interview will be at the National Archives of Pakistan, Block-N, Pak.Secretariat, Islamabad. Applications submitted by hand or incomplete applications and not on the prescribed application form will not be entertained. The Department of National Archives of Pakistan reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process in part or whole, and increase/decrease the number of vacancies at any stage without assigning any reason thereof. No TA/DA will be admissible for the purpose of a test/interview.
