1. Chief Financial Officer
Qualification / Experience: Member of a recognized body of professional accountants. Minimum 18 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 7 years of related functional experience in a similar role at a senior equivalent position or one position below and/or current C-Suite experience. Excellent in Building, Analytical, and Decision Making Skills. Proven Experience with IFRS, Mx, New Accounting Principles, and Auditing procedures. Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Management Skills. Proven Ability to Motivate Teams and Multitask. Detail-oriented, Proactive Problem Solver and with Out-of-the-Box orientation. Highly Motivated, Self-Starter with a Continuous Improvement Mindset and Customer Service Focus.
Responsibilities: Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive management team on long-term business and financial planning and implementation including mergers/acquisitions and consolidation of existing businesses. Responsible for Governance and Control as the first line of defense, the CFO will be ensuring that robust governance structures are established to manage day-to-day operations within the charter approved by Board/Group policies and procedures. Contribute to the development of the company’s financial strategy across all areas of the business by providing financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets, and business drivers. Lead the development and use of best practices, policies, and tools that ensure a well-controlled yet flexible organization with strong fiscal management, project management, cross-team communications, and workflows. Maximize the company’s financial performance across every department by providing support to business units to achieve organizational targets. Manage the Processes for Financial Forecasting, Budgets, and Oversee the preparation of all Financial Reports. Provide Leadership and Direction to Finance and Accounting Teams. Instill Group Dynamics and Teamwork through a Coaching and Mentoring Approach, Nurture Talent to Create Future Leaders. Upgrade and Modernize the company’s Finance IT system. Review and Overhaul systems and procedures with a keen eye for continuous improvement through Automation and Digitization for revenue generation considering economic trends, internal operations, and identifying areas of cost reduction through process improvement.
