1. CEO
Qualification / Experience required for the following position: The candidate should possess a degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering. The incumbent must have a broad understanding of Oil & Gas business, manufacturing operations, production and production planning, storage, distribution, customer services, finance, and pricing, etc. The position demands sound leadership skills requiring quick decision-making, operational excellence, productivity, profitability, and a mindset for safety, compliance, and discipline. The candidate should have at least 20 years experience in sales, marketing, and logistics of petroleum products including at least 5 years as head of the organization or head of business unit in a large oil & gas company.
Responsibilities:
Working closely with the Board of Directors and leading the company in accordance with the vision and objectives set by the Board. Providing strategic leadership, deciding policy framework, supporting innovation, and setting the company’s direction and pace. Liaising with the industry and public offices such as local administration, ministries, regulators. etc. Managing the company’s operations and distribution network across the country. Maximizing organizational efficiency and return on investments, being responsible for the overall financial health of the company. Leading a team of highly qualified engineering and business professionals and keeping them engaged and motivated. Managing all kinds of risk, making quick and calculated decisions, resolving internal and external conflicts, and ensuring safe and environment-friendly operations. Interacting and negotiating with suppliers, contractors, consultants, financial institutions, service providers, etc. Enforcing company culture and adhering to prescribed values, business ethics, legal guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures.
Age: Should not exceed 55 years.
