Positions Announced:
1. Executive Director Development & Building Control
Qualification required for the following position and job: Bachelors / Masters with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.
Proficient knowledge & skill of the following is required in similar roles: • Latest industry trends and regulations. • Enforcement of Authority’s by-laws and approved policies • Compliances of Rules on the subject through effective liaison with Government Agencies • Decision making, problem solving & negotiation skills • Relationship Management and Leadership • Enforcement of land use controls and monitoring activities • Construction standards outlined by the Authority • Measures to control unauthorized developments and encroachments • Effective collaboration with stakeholders to address departmental issues
REMUNERATION
Market-based salary and benefits as per the Authority’s Compensation & Benefits policy

The selected candidate shall be appointed for a term of three (03) Years contract (extendable).
