Positions Vacant:
1. Manager Strategy
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Business Development, Finance, and HR teams in ensuring alignment of Projects, Initiatives, and Manpower with objectives and targets. Lead and coordinate annual Business Plan reviews with the company’s leadership. Be the subject matter expert on Strategy Execution and report on Strategy and progress against Strategy as and when required. Develop, implement, and maintain a framework for Strategy definition, execution, and refinement. Design and implement the process for converting the Company’s vision into measurable long-term, medium-term, and short-term objectives and targets. Work with the Company leadership to develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including KPI Dashboards at the Corporate and Department level. Lead the quarterly process for KPI performance reviews along with monitoring and reporting progress against the Company’s Strategy. Refine and lead the Company’s annual Business Planning cycle, starting with the setting of short-term Corporate objectives and targets, and ending with the approved Budget.
Qualification and experience required: BE / BS (Engineering) with an MBA. The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of corporate experience, with at least 5 years of experience in leading Business Planning and Performance Management in large organizations with nationwide or international presence, preferably in the Energy sector. The candidate should have excellent communication and analytical skills, the capacity and competencies to lead and guide a multidiscipline corporate planning team and advise management in the above-mentioned areas. S/he should be a strategic thinker, able to synthesize and effectively communicate complex issues to senior-most management of the organization. Should be fully familiar with business planning and performance management best practices and with the usage of relevant tools and systems. Should have exceptional influencing and relationship building skills. Expertise in corporate strategy development, strategy execution, and the ability to collaborate and work effectively with people at multiple levels across an organization, including senior management, is essential.
