Positions Announced:
1. Finance Expert
Chartered Accountant (FCA) Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) or member of any Recognized body of Professional Accountants. Association with a renowned professional audit Firm as a Partner or Equivalent or in a Supervisory Position with the Primary Audit Institutions of the Country (i.e. Auditor General of Pakistan). A minimum of five years experience in a similar role or being a member of the Audit Committee! Governance Forums in at least two Health Sector organizations Experience in Public Sector Health Organizations in a Senior Position or Audit Committee Member. Experience with large Donor Funded Projects at a Senior Management Level. Experience in performing Audits. Certification in Internal Audit. Internal Control Audit. Fraud Examination or other similar certifications from a recognized institute. Max Age 65 years. Appointment to be initially for two years renewable based on performance. 2. Health Expert
MBBS/ MPH or post-graduation in the Health sector from HEC Recognized University. Association with a large Donor Funded Program or Public Sector Organization in a Senior Management/ Supervisory Role not less than a Chief of Party/ Team Lead. A minimum of five years experience In a similar role or being a member of the Governance Forums in at least two Health Sector organizations. Experience in Public Sector Health Organization in a Senior Management Position. Experience with large Donor Funded Projects at a Senior Management Level. Experience in performing Administrative and Programmatic Audits. Additional qualifications in infectious diseases i.e., HIV, TB, and Malaria. Max Age 65 years. 3. Public Sector Administration Expert
Master’s Degree in Public Administration from HEC recognized university or an ex-civil servant from Pakistan Administrative Service. Association with a large Donor Funded Program or Public Sector Organization in a Senior Management/ Supervisory Role not less than a Chief of Party! Team Lead. A minimum of five years experience in a similar role or being a member of the Governance Forums in at least two Health Sector organizations or retired Civil Servant of Grade 20 and Above. Experience in Public Sector Health Organization in a Senior Management Position. Experience with large Donor Funded Projects at a Senior Management Level. Experience in performing Administrative and Programmatic Audits. Experience working with M/o National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination. Max Age 65 years.
